Next time you go to make sugar cookies – try using this frosting to mix things up! Your friends will beg you for the recipe! We made these cute little circle cookies by using our Just Like Mom’s Sugar Cookie Recipe and using a small biscuit cutter. We piped the frosting with a large frosting tip and added glitter sprinkles.
Almond Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients
1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons almond extract
3-4 tablespoons milk
4-5 cups powdered sugar
Directions
Beat the cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Add the vanilla and almond extract. Beat in powdered sugar and milk. You can add milk as needed to get a consistency where stiff peaks form.
