This recipe is a family favorite! It’s a favorite of mine because its so easy to make. Sometimes there is not time to babysit waffles and pancakes during a hectic morning. This recipe is quick, just blend and bake! Serve with powdered sugar or maple syrup.
German Pancake
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/2 tesapoon salt
6 Tablespoons butter
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Place the butter in a 9×13 glass baking dish. Place in the oven just until melted (careful not to forget it’s in the oven, it will burn.)
In a blender, blend the 6 eggs until light yellow and frothy. Add the milk and blend. Add the flour and salt, blend. Pour into the hot 9×13 butter dish and bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm with powdered sugar and maple syrup.
